After getting a newsletter from Coedmaster and learning of a new racing game i immediately couldn’t wait to see what it was about. Codemasters to me has the best racing games out. The game is called “Grid” and is scheduled for release in late May early June. However the demo is available for download now. The demo has needless to say blown me away. The graphics and realism is just unmatched. During a crash you can see the car bend and fold along with the body work. The way the car handles is just absolutely amazing. I of course did find a few things with the game i didn’t like. With this being the demo these might be fixed in the final release.

I wish the replay had a 360 degree rotate and recorded longer than 10 seconds. I also don’t like how in the Muscle Car Series the Ford Mustang is an all out race car but the Dodge and the Chevy Camaro are just plain cars. I can live with the replay problem but the Muscle Car Series just doesn’t look right with one all out race car racing street cars. Its a shame they paid so much attention to detail to trash it with that. Anyways if you have any screenshots from the game please post them here. Also any thoughts on the game I would love to hear.
